This African Kazuri bead set (above) is part of a new array of finely crafted African pottery beads I will be purchasing for new designs for Spring and Summer! This is one of the two sets I made which sold at their first unveiling in December! Highly prized and crafted, these African women are encouraged to apply their talents in crafting these handmade pottery beads, thus freeing them from the bonds of slavery in their villages...women helping women...BCJ is proud to begin to support these women and share their artistry with you!
At present, the web site is a continual work in progress... I am updating now in an effort to present you with a sampling of the myriad of styles and designs as soon as possible! BCJ will be changing & adding pieces periodically, so please check the website frequently!
I will make every effort to inform you when items are no longer available...however, I often allow some designs to remain on the site, yet marked as "sold" to showcase many of the different designs I have in my collection. I welcome requests for items of similar styles and materials if the original items have been sold... Custom orders are also encouraged and available at your request!
Bella's note: This Mexican white lace crazy agate necklace sold as soon as I completed it while at a show! The bracelet, item #3152 $29.00, and the Earrings with the darker stone, item #1462 $14.00, are still available! This is an amazing gemstone, and I am looking forward to purchasing more of these gems in the new year! I can't wait to see what is made with the next strands! Keep checking in!
